Studio Rules

We keep our studio warm, clean, and focused. A few simple rules help everyone get the most from their practice.

Grip Socks Required

For safety and hygiene, grip socks must be worn at all times in the studio. They protect you and your fellow students. Socks are available for purchase at reception if needed.

Arrive on Time

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class. Late arrivals may not be admitted to protect the experience of other students. If you’re running late, message us in advance.

Respect the Space

Our studio is a calm, focused environment. Please keep noise to a minimum, silence your phone, and treat the equipment with care. This is everyone’s sanctuary.

Clean Equipment

Wipe down your Reformer or Cadillac after use with the provided cloths. This keeps our studio hygienic and shows respect for the next student.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask you to respect ours. Our policy keeps classes running smoothly for everyone.

Please book your class in advance to secure your spot. Classes fill up quickly, especially peak morning sessions.

24-Hour Cancellation

Cancel 24 hours before

Cancel at least 24 hours before your class to keep your session credit. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Life happens. For genuine emergencies, message us at least 3 hours before class and we will do our best to accommodate you.
